New doctors can't see any patient data, appear in "Talk to a doctor" or receive patient alerts until you approve them. Check the licence number with the state medical council / NMC register before approving.

Risk scores and badges use a calibrated score: overall adherence, misses in the last 7 days and the latest real vitals (BP, sugar, temperature, pulse) from the last 14 days. Hover a badge to see why. The trained model below is experimental and is not used for scores until there is far more patient history to learn from.
Add clinically-verified notes here to steer future AI document analyses — this is retrieval context injected into the AI's prompt, not literal model retraining. Doctor corrections (from the Review Queue) are added here automatically. Visible read-only to patients and doctors too.
