Quick fixes
I'm not getting WhatsApp reminders
Send "Hi" to the Biomexa WhatsApp number once — WhatsApp only lets us message people who have chatted with us. Then check the reminder time in your patient portal under My medicines.
I forgot my password
Use "Forgot password?" on the login page, or send RESET to the Biomexa WhatsApp number to get a code.
My reminder came at the wrong time
Reminder times are in Indian time. Open My medicines in the patient portal, stop the medicine and add it again with the right time. If it still happens, raise a ticket.
