How does the 25-day free trial work?
Every patient gets the full Biomexa Care experience free for 25 days from sign-up — no card or payment needed. We'll message you on WhatsApp 3 days before it ends. If you don't subscribe, your basic reminders for up to 2 medicines simply carry on for free.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Each plan is a one-time payment for 1, 6 or 12 months. Nothing renews by itself — you'll get a WhatsApp reminder before your plan ends so you can renew if you want to.
How can I pay?
Payments are handled securely by Razorpay: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets. Biomexa never sees or stores your card details.
What happens to my reminders if my plan ends?
They don't stop suddenly. Reminders you already have keep running; you just can't add more than 2 medicines, talk to a doctor or create new reports until you renew.
Is Biomexa Care a replacement for my doctor?
No. Biomexa Care helps you take your medicines on time, track your health and reach a doctor faster — but always follow your own doctor's advice. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
Can I get a refund?
If a payment fails or you're charged twice, Razorpay returns the money automatically within 5–7 working days. For anything else, message Biomexa on WhatsApp and we'll help.
